Refund Policy

You may cancel a booking free of charge any time before the sample is collected, from your account or by contacting us.

If a paid test cannot be completed for reasons on our side, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

For pay-on-collection bookings, no charge applies until the sample is collected.
